Prom Dresses...

 I love Giambattista Vali. I know people don't wear ball gowns to proms now a days, but my whole class did... and that is exactly what I thought of when I saw these Giambattista dresses. My friends will KILL me for this, but our prom dresses were really high fashion, and deserve a spot on this blog:

These ridiculously stunning dresses were all designed by this amazing designer in Honduras called Gioconda de Berlios. It is truly a waste that she is over there. She should be in Paris right now, presenting her designs with Giambattista Vali!  ** I will have to try this on again and see if it still fits!**

3 Day Compilation...

It has been really windy & snowy here.  So much in fact, there was even a weather warning, so I  just stayed home and re-watched old favorites... Romeo and Juliet to be exact. Last time I watched it has to have been about 13 years ago, so it was much better this time around.  I really enjoyed it, and I really recommend. Leonardo DiCaprio was such a hottie and so was Claire Danes. For those of you who are younger and missed the boat on this one, this is the movie you should go rent: 

This is what I wore... Tweed Jacket and some old Chip & Peppers which despite not being skinny I love for being the oldest pair of jeans I own. ...and this might be a mistake but the inseam of the front pockets always sticks out and it looks really cool because its red...

...also, I am aware these Spring/Summer collections came out last year. I just have this compulsiveness to post them because I honestly looked at ALL the collections of the Paris fashion schedule. I also feel like not many people would look unless I posted, and they are just mesmerizing...This is a 3 day compilation so I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed picking them out...

The modern 40's...

"Tavi Gevinson and my Grandma" inspired outfit....

I have gotten the Tshirt and skirt thing from Tavi (other bloggers are such an inspiration, some of them have the coolest styles, and come up with the most amazing things), the long dress/skirt thing from the 40's and this picture of my grandma of her wearing a polka-dotted dress that looks kind of like this skirt. I have been meaning to raid her closet for quite some time. Remind me to do that next time I am in Honduras... I got this fur coat from my mom from when we used to live in Den Haag, Amsterdam in the 80's. I love it because it is designed so you can pull the sleeves up 3/4s and it looks really cool, I can't wait to wear this with shorts. It also has her initials sewn on the inside! <3LOVES<3
